ABOUT THE CENTRAL PA WINGS
-
Central PA Wings is a competitive girls AAU basketball organization based in Central Pennsylvania. Our mission is to develop skilled, confident basketball players while emphasizing character, leadership, accountability, teamwork, and personal growth. We believe the lessons learned through basketball should positively impact our players long after their playing careers end.
-
We believe successful player development requires more than competing in tournaments. Our program emphasizes quality coaching, skill development, basketball IQ, accountability, and a positive team culture. We strive to create an environment where players are challenged to improve, supported through adversity, and encouraged to become great teammates and people.
-
The WINGS Way represents the five values that guide our organization: Work Relentlessly, Integrity Always, Never Stop Growing, Give More Than You Take, and Soar Together. These principles guide our expectations for players, coaches, and families.
